A Helpful on duty staff

It's better for hotel to arrange for Queen size bed instead of twin beds for the stayed couple. A on duty Malay counter staff was very friendly and helpful by providing parking coupon after knowing my wife and me are outstation guest.

Friendly Staff, New and Clean Room. Keep it up!

Room was clean with basic amenities albeit a box of tissue will be better. Slightly small for the shower area and noisy ventilation fan in the toilet. Highly recommended for those who wish to have a short stay in Bentong. Staff was friendly and helpful. Since it is a new building and hotel, hope the standard can be maintained.

Overall sastified. Just the room was hardly soundproof, you may hear the neighbour phone voice and the tv sound. Some room got a little smelling and the water is slow.

Comfortable, Clean with Nice Touches

A budget hotel providing great value for money. Friendly reception. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Bedsheets and towels were well laundered and quite new. Nice touche for this budget shophouse hotel was the bath toiletries and shower cap. Electric jug kettle and free coffee/tea sachets and bottled water. Located only 2 km from Bentong Town Centre and located in a suburban commercial area with Old Town White Cafe and Chinese restaurants. Well positioned for exploring Chamang Waterfalls, Raub and Bentong.
