Schöne Wohnung in Strandnähe
Die Wohnung ist nett eingerichtet. Super Lage in Strandnähe. Allerdings ist das Schlafzimmer sehr klein. Nur wenig Bewegungsfläche neben dem relativ schmalen Doppelbett. Wir haben die Wohnung wirklich nur zum Übernachten genutzt und sind tagsüber unterwegs gewesen. Dann ist das o.k. Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr gut. Die kleinen aufgetretenen Probleme wurden sofort bearbeitet. Kann man sehr empfehlen.

Leider ist das Doppelbett für zwei normal Erwachsene viel zu schmal. 1,80 m sollten es mindestens sein. Das Bad ist zu hellhörig.

Schöne Wohnung mit Super Lage
Schöne kleine Wohnung am Strand. Einmal über die Sraße und man ist an der Strandpromenade. Für zwei Personen absolut ausreichend mit allem was man so braucht. Nur das Bad mit der Glasschiebetür ist nicht so optimal.

Ferienwohnung ist modern eingerichtet, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. 2 Balkons, auf einem konnten wir die Ostsee sehen. Gäbe eventuell noch ein paar kleine Verbesserungsvorschläge.Ein großer Spiegel an einer Wand wäre echt genial, auch ein paar Wandhaken, wo man nach einem Regenschauer die Jacken hinhängen könnte.wären sehr hilfreich. Eine richtig geschlossene Badtür wär auch nicht verkehrt. Aber ansonsten ist die Wohnung echt sehr schön und tolle Lage zum Strand, zum shoppen.

Kurztrip Kühlungsborn
Eine gemütliche kleine Wohnung, die sehr hübsch eingerichtet ist. In der kleinen Küche findet man alles, was man so braucht. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt, Kein Spiegel, in dem man abends das Outfit abchecken kann ;) Bei der Badezimmertür wünschte ich mir etwas mehr Privatsphäre. Die Lage ist super, wenige Meter zur Seebrücke und zum Zentrum.

Treppe katastrophal
Der wesentliche Punkt ist die Nichterwähnung einer Treppe von 32 Stufen bevor man die Wohnung erreicht. Meine Frau hat starke gesundheitliche Probleme mit ihrem Knie. Hoch und runter war eine Qual. Wäre das in der Beschreibung erwähnt worden, hätten wir uns für eine andere Wohnung entschieden!!!

Top Lage
Ferienwohnung in herrlicher zentraler Lage in Ost und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Wir konnten sowohl den Strand als auch Restaurant's und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig erreichen. Die zwei Balkone bieten sonnige Abende auf dem Balkon und auch ein Blick zur Ostsee ist vom Balkon möglich.
