Best hotel experience for years

We had an amazing stay here, and we will certainly recommend this hotel. Everything was above expectation and with a friendly and helpful staff.

Nice hotel in wonderful surroundings

Very nice hotel, perfect for the family. The kids especially enjoyed relaxing by the pool (either indoor or outdoor) after a day walking in the lovely Alps. The dinners are typical Austrian (three course, soup, main and dessert) and might not suite everyone (been in Austria a lot myself though and find the arrangements very practical).

1 Woche Skiurlaub

Positiv: Grosses Zimmer, Lage, Personal sehr zuvorkommend, viele Möglichkeiten auch ausserhalb des Zimmers eine gute Zeit zu verbringen, es wurde immer versucht auf unsere Bedürfnisse einzugehen, Frühstück vielseitig grosse Auswahl, Skikeller mit Heizung für die Skischuhe, Negativ: ein Saunabereich Duschen defekt, es wird nicht auf die Einhaltung der Saunaregeln geachtet, aufgebackene Brötchen zum Frühstück, im Skikeller hatte sich im ganzen Raum, auch an den Sitzflächen in Skiverein rücksichtslos ausgebreitet. Im grossen und ganzen hatten wir eine schöne Woche. Vielen Dank dafür.

Nicht dort geschlafen und doch zufrieden

Leider konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt nicht richtig genießen, da es bei der Buchung, irgendwo zwischen drin einen Fehler gab. So hatten wir nicht 3 Einzelzimmer zur Verfügung, sondern ein großes Zimmer mit 3 Betten. Wir konnten dies aber vor Ort kostenlos stornieren, da das Hotel an diesem Tag voll belegt war und es somit keine andere Möglichkeit für uns gab. Vielen Dank an Emily und an den Chef des Hauses.

Wildschönau er et besøg værd - utrolig smuk natur

Flotte værelser, lækker pool men minder desværre om et plejehjem. Rigtig mange ældre gæster. Stor restaurant men dårlig betjening. Morgenmaden kan springes over, gammelt brød. Området i Wildschönau er helt fantastisk.

chybí WIFI, jídlo podprůměrné z prefabrikátů, obsluha skoro žádná a když jsem si pro ni došel do zázemí tak byla nepříjemná, recepce neochotná, wellness tak 30 let starý bez rekonstrukce

Excellent staff, food good and room great, one small gripe is that a 142 room hotel is closed at 10.00pm so when I arrived at 2.00am due to a late flight I could not get in till 7.00am

Preis- Leistung passen hier nicht zusammen, das Zimmer war sauber und soweit bis auf das Bad ok. Beim Duschen hatte man ein See auf dem Boden, da die Duschabtrennung nicht mehr dicht war, und das Wasser durch die angerostete Metallschiene auf den Boden floss. es war kalt in den Zimmern, da die Heizung nicht den ganzen Tag funktionierte. Das gleiche Wechselspiel beim duschen, kalt -warm im Wechsel. Frühstücksbuffet sehr kläglich für 4Sterne, Abendessen war ok, aber auch nichts was ein Lob verdient. Das Hotel ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß, veraltet, ungepflegt und kalt.

Large rooms, great breakfast, easy for skiers!

Overall, our experience was positive, but there are some odd things about this hotel. The staff is not particularly friendly when you decide to eat dinner there if you haven’t purchased the “half board” option at check-in. If you enjoy beverages at the bar, you cannot charge them to your room, so bring cash. Our door handle broke on our first evening there, and I was told it couldn’t be fixed until the next day. When I expressed my concern about security, I was told that I “shouldn’t worry that someone is going to break in...” My husband fixed the doorknob himself so we wouldn’t have to wait. Outside restaurants were friendlier and livelier. We purchased the breakfast package with our room, and it was well worth it. It is easy to get to ski rentals and to the slops and busses. The views are wonderful, and the village is charming. Storage for skis and boots is helpful; however, people seem to move each other’s things, so label your belongings.

Familienfreundliches Hotel in Niederau

Familienurlaub mit 2 Kindern zum Skifahren: Das Skigebiet Niederau ist abgesehen von den Anfängerliften im Tal eher für ambitionierte Skifahrer geeignet. Das Hotel befindet sich in Laufentfernung zu den Pisten. Allerdings war es für unsere Kinder (5 und 7 Jahre) etwas weit, um die Strecke in Skistiefeln zu bewältigen. Die zwei Schwimmbäder und der gesamte Saunabereich ist sehr funktionell und wir haben täglich gebadet. Einziges Manko ist die etwas lieblose Küche. Hier könnte man mit etwas mehr Liebe zum Detail sicher mehr machen. Die Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt und waren neben dem Schwimmen täglich auch in dem Kinderspielzimmer.

Great friendly hotel right near the slopes

Owner and staff very friendly and accommodating. Few minute walk to a complimentary lift to top of mountain for stunning views of the Alps. Wishing we stayed longer !!!!

近くにレンタルスキーがあり，スキー場まで歩いて行けます。部屋も清潔で，問題ありませんでした。イギリスからのスキー客がたくさん来られているようでした。温水プールにはサウナもあり，設備は充実していると思いました。無線LANがフロントとBarでしかつながらないため，スマートフォンやPCを持った人たちで混みます。各部屋にLANがあればよいと思います。
