"The staff were amazing except at the breakfast my sister was not well and needed to have her breakfast in the room but we were told it's not possible so she had to walk to the restaurant . which was very bad.. front desk staff was amazing and friendly and the housekeepers were also very nice and friendly .. "The staff was quite friendly, but they were not equipped to handle needs and repairs. Almost everywhere we turned, things were broken and didn't work--lights, door latches, tv remotes, ceiling fans. The beach was absolutely filthy, with garbage piling up and even washing onto the grounds each high tide and not being picked up right away. Food poisoning from the restaurant ended up with us at a clinic. Terrible experience"
