We really enjoyed our stay at Resorts World Conrad. Our room was comfortable and very nice. Great view of the strip. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was calm and quiet. We will stay again.

Upon arrival, there was a young man named, Jeff, at the check-in counter who was very willing to help new guests; I hope he gets a promotion, he really stood out. As far as the rest of our visit, we were pretty much in shock over the prices on everything. Ridiculous. And when I am already paying $159 a night to stay at YOUR hotel, why would you also hit up your guests for another $20 a day to park at your hotel? Ridiculous! And then it's a real hassle to get a simple cup of coffee in the morning!! After having to get dressed before you're really ready to, you have to run down to the casino and deal with all that just to get a cup of coffee....and then you have to pay a ridiculous price for that!!! Other hotels provide coffee or make it a simple process FOR THEIR GUESTS. We wanted to relax and have a good time in your hotel and casino, but truthfully, it was exhausting and really irritating how costly and inconvenient things were. We won't be coming back. We got a surprise bill of around $250.00 upon check-out! $20 was for early check-in, which we expected, but the 3-days parking fees, we didnt expect and then other fees were added that we still don't even understand what they were for!!! You guys really arent upfront or helpful at all. Jeff was the highlight of our stay. We did like the Ivy text help service, that was a plus. Please don't charge your guests for that, too! But overall, not a great experience.

I would definitely recommend it

Crockfords is a great place to stay...5 star room and service. The staff are customer service oriented and experienced. The Valet parking is a bonus...fast and efficient. I can understand how there might be some peak times that could result in a delay. Resorts world is large and self contained. During our stay (late January) the resort was far from capacity...some restaurants had shortened hours or were closed. The RW location is at the North end of the strip but is still walkable to Fremont street or the other Strip properties.

I discovered a new favorite hotel to stay at while in Vegas! Such a great property- very clean, beautifully designed, safe, uplifting, gorgeous. Amazing views of the mountains around Las Vegas, the strip, best direct views of the Sphere! (Depending on the room’s orientation, you have to request to get a room with a view.) Conveniently located just north of Wynn / Encore. Great dining opinions. Very comfortable room and lovely bathroom.
