"I was very upset with my experience with this hotel. It is advertised as providing free airport shuttle. That is the only reason I booked this place. I contacted through Expedia with all of my details. I arrived to the airport in the middle of the night and nobody was there. I was not prepared with other options. "Mingdu Hotel in Kumming, China did not fulfill the advertised free shuttle pick up from the airport. Their contention was that it was an advertisement by a third party, i.e. Hotel.com was not authorized to offer free airport shuttle in its offer. After settling this issue verbally at check out, Hotel Mingdu informed that we had left without paying for the free airport pick up as advertised."
