"The check-in was slow i was made to sit for long and guest coming after me were attended to by loveen at reception. Having seen this in had to be assertive ask her to attend to me on priority. After which she was trying to give me twin bedroom although I had specified during booking for a king size bed. I insisted on the same & finally she gave in to provide a non-smoking king size bed room. I found the food to be fairly satisfactory in taste, portion size & aesthetics. Although the way it was brought to the room partially covered or improperly covered raised my concern on its hygiene. The rooms is comfortable & decent size. Housekeeping service are good. Have stayed here earlier so the room tariff provided by bookings.com is vfm."
