"The hotel is very close to the city's main commercial streets, where most stores and restaurants are located. The staff is very friendly and professional. The view is nice, but the commercial port's noise started very early in the morning. If you are very sensitive to the noise, bring your earplugs. Just so you know, they don't have a safe in the room(at least in our twin bedroom). We were pretty satisfied though for sure."

"The hotel was clean and the staff were kind and helpful. Conveniently located across the street from a supermarket and several restaurants. You can also take day tours directly from the entrance."

"The resort is fairly large with many options for food. However reservations are recommended as some of the higher demand restaurants may not be able to accommodate. There is no room service, so guests should be proactive when it comes to meals. The quality of service meets and exceeds expectations and while not all staff speak English, there are incredibly patient and will help you get what you need. Spa, car rental, and transportation services to and from the airport and within the resort are available to get around. Amazing snorkeling and water activities right off the beach. "
