"This was a lovely comfortable ground floor apartment, the hosts were very nice and helpful. Sadly we found, the location not really ideal for us. The apartment would be very difficult to reach when you have a lot of snow. Also when going to other towns nearby such as Waldbrol, Whiel, Numbrecht, Gummersbach etc it was a bit difficult to navigate without a sat-nav, took the whole fortnight to get used to our surroundings and find our way back home without getting lost, after visiting any of these...

We experienced some problems connecting to the WiFi, and the host was very helpful trying to find a solution, although in the end it was mostly due to interference from our baby monitor. "The property was admittedly further out from Cologne than we initially thought but the hotel itself was fantastic with a rail service and bus service bringing you straight to the front entrance. The rooms were perfect for our one night stay and the breakfast we had was exceptional. If I was ever back in this area I would certainly stay here again!"
