Rooms were spacious, and location was close enough to Hakata station (approximately 10 minutes walk). "The property was not cleaned when I checked in. There was a dirty pillow that made me hesitant to sleep, and the blankets smelled strongly of sweat and were not washed. Decor is nature scene, lots of modern wood panels and occasional bird chirps to make you feel like you’re in nature. sky level worth extra - see clouds and clear sky above other surrounding buildings… at night, yatai food stalls pop up around the street corner next to the hotel, very convenient to have some fun food experiences…"

"Honestly would give it 6 stars if I could. In terms of a budget hotel, this was exactly what we wanted. Spacious rooms, clean, great location near a main subway line, easy access, quick check-in & check-out. As a huge bonus, it also had a washer & drier in the room! This was only an extra ~$40AUD per night than a similar hotel we stayed at in Osaka and the difference in size in particular was huge. Big recommend."
