"Had to book an alternative hotel as the conditions were horrible. Definitely not what was described or anything like the photos on Expedia. The hotel room was dirty, plugs hanging from the walls, the mirrors were broken and there were water stains on the walls. The staff were not helpful at all. Plus, I booked an all inclusive stay at this hotel and It is definitely not an all inclusive hotel! So disappointing, it took a full day of my vacation away. "

"We had a room facing the ocean. The sunset view with the hotel's many leveled court yard settings was fantastic. Very satisfied to the all-inclusive food and beverages. Only complaints are the poor sound proof of the rooms. "

"The hotel is about an hour drive from Izmir airport, situated in a peaceful location. The sheltered villa we stayed in are private and perfect for privacy if you wear hijab. The hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend if looking for somewhere peaceful to relax and rewind."

"Facilities are fantastic - great for families. Waterpark, beach, food options, rooms are great. Only two things to mention, sometimes there is a rush and hard to find a suitable seat during peak dinning times. Uphill walk to our room could be a bit much when tired. Highly recommend, fantastic hotel."

"It’s what you would expect, rooms are enormous for the price and view is incredible, I stayed there for 2 nights, I was visiting Ephesus and its convenient location was nice. Hotel employees little too friendly tho, they were talking non stop and you would wanna escape eventually but overall nice stay. Hotel rooms are not the cleanest but it’s not like it’s dirty just feels like a home. But I would expect tidy cleaning from a hotel usually but for the price it’s aight"

"Nice location between strip and main town, awesome views to whole sea area. The location is great between old harbour, town, bazaar and new marina so plenty of options for dining. The room was a bit small for 3 but we went slightly cheaper knowing we'd eat out all the time. Breakfast was acceptable and burgers etc are good at the pool but we didn't eat in the main restaurant. Pool and loungers are on the top floor with even better views. Buses stop right outside so travel to other beaches...

"An old style hotel in the old city. The staff and breakfast were excellent and the outside areas were great. Our room looked like it was in the process of being updated with a great bathroom but the room and corridor area was tired and ready for updating."

"The staff has been great, but the hotel property itself leaves a lot to be desired. Two small elevators for the whole hotel, very noisy during the day and night. Too many people in the pools, and the large pool has been closed for 2 days. The beach is far, you need to take a bus to get to the beach. The food was ok, not great. "We like to travel and have experienced every level of hotel quality. This is a mid-level property and turned out to be just what we wanted. We were very happy with the location and the staff were fantastic. Ocean view for every room and very reasonable price. Having an elevator to get up and down from the waterfront level makes it very easy and there are some really good restaurants just a few minutes away. We would go back in a heartbeat. "

"Just finished two weeks in Kusadasi and stayed at the Garden Palace Hotel. The spot was just perfect. Location was as ideal as it gets. The place was very comfortable and features all the pros that you would expect from a modern day hotel but with an authentic vibe. The hotel manager was absolutely stellar. It was quite obvious that they put guest satisfaction at the forefront. Highly recommend. "
