We liked the deco in the hotel. It was kept clean. The location was convenient, within walking distance to many malls. The food at the hotel was delicious too. But it can be quite noisy, due to the band performance. So on certain nights when we had to sleep early (as we had to wake up in the early morning for the tour itinerary), it was really disruptive!

This place has potential but needs to go all-in on the "Green Garden" brand: give eco-friendly options like water jugs for reusable bottle filling (the only one was reserved for staff) and reduced towel & bedding laundering, and not changing near-empty plastic bin liners. The gardens are coming along but the bougainvillea wall isn't yet filled in; handymen were installing elkhorn ferns and majors repairs to HVAC & pipes was ongoing (during my offseason stay). The beds had excellent pillows! but a "King" is 2 heavy twins pushed together, the comforter is 2 side-by-side blankets laid between flat sheets… and tucked in so tightly, you must untuck them to get in, and the whole thing falls apart. Smoking is allowed outside rooms and hovers in the tiny courtyard, making the whole pool area smokey - downstairs rooms are DIRECTLY on the pool patio. This courtyard also echoes any kids playing in the narrow pool area. The singer in the restaurant part is also right at the pool area / inescapable from the rooms, so be prepared to enjoy her singing on the nights she's there! The pool closes at 22:00 but the flood lights stay on for an hour after and may shine right into your room. WiFi disconnects frequently, requiring to retype the password about 50 times a day. It is not available when I go into my washroom BUT is has a stronger singal at the Shipwreck restaurant out of sight down the street. I sometimes had error messages telling me to restart the modem as there were too many users.

Great budget hotel. The wifi connection could be better, I got disconnected many times. Other than that it is a good deal. We like to stay in this area coz near to the Catholic church, malls, easty to get food.. pharmacy and laundry stop just accross the street

Aged over 70. Did not appreciate having to climb 2 flights of stairs Could have had a lower floor. Hotel was clean, staff great and good location for us. Pool was nice and clean.

This is simply the best little hotel. The staff are what makes the experience even better. This hotel has mostly repeat visitors, and I am one of them. You would be hard pressed to find something to complain about. This is only a small hotel and this is what makes it so great. You get to know everyone (staff and visitors) I wouldn't stay anywhere else.

It is a central location and the atmosphere is generally great with the green plants etc. Internet leaves a lot to be desired and if you are making a stop between business intending to get caught up on some work you are behind on it can be frustrating.

Best mid-range hotel in the area.
Centrally located hotel. Upscale spa and very good open air restaurant. Everything is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Nice pool with waterfall. Would definitely stay there again if I return to Bali.

Everything was so good except the internet I work on computer a lot so i need a wifi to work but in the room it wasn't much networks and everytime i have to come downstairs to do my work but it wasnt that bad coz nice view and they have restaurant where you can sit and do some work..
