Everything was wonderful and great the staff is super friendly. The swim bar is amazing. The bedrooms and showers are the best I have seen in Bali no sign of mould like other places just a phenomenal experience the breakfast was good but I do wish there was bacon the only thing that was slightly annoying is sometimes there wasn’t a lot of hot water for the showers

The hotel is in serious need of repair. All gym equipment besides the free weights were broken and the area smelt mouldy. My room had ants on the counter top, rust in the kettle and the hot water did not work. Only good thing about the breakfast was the staff and omlettes. The buffet was continually empty and coffee was burnt. Would not recommend the hotel.

We requested sheets as we were getting tattoos (have been provided in the past) then got hit with a $140 AUD bill due to small black stains on the sheets. We understand there was stains and happy to pay extra as we expected it but the amount was absolutely absurd. We won’t be returning. The staff were all amazing but the piece of wood feel off in our bathroom and general unkept in some places.

Great experience

Only stayed here for two nights as we had accommodation booked at another location. However I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was phenomenal and the staff friendly and extremely helpful. Will definitely be back for a longer stay next time.

Great location, lots of shopping options close by. Plenty of massage places around & so many dining options all within walking distance. Clean & comfortable rooms, good buffet style breakfast with variety & nice clean pool areas. The only downside to our stay was no hot water in the shower of an evening. Had an engineer check 2 nights in a row but was still only just warm, bit annoying & really no explanation given. There weren't too many people around the resort, so can imagine if it was busier!

Nice but…

The location is conveniently located to many restaurants and bars. But this is also a negative if you want peace and quiet. They’re doing renovations within the hotel and there’s nonstop loud music from the surrounding club and restaurants. The staff, however, is amazing.
