"The hotel is near to Kuwait airport. The area around is very safe and everything is walkable. Some staff are very professional and helpful and some need improvement in communication skills which something could be looked at by managers. I really appreciate the free shuttle airport service."

"This is a no frills hotel. I am not sure if it was a language issue or a cultural issue, but none of my requests were met. I asked for a wake up call. It never came. I asked for a taxi to be called, I ended up having to catch one on my own on the street. The hotel is a few blocks from an ATM and super market. Places to eat are a bit further away. Once I was shown how the television worked, it operated fine."
