I had a great nights sleep as the bed was really comfy. I was due to check out the next day but got sick so the staff arranged for me to stay another night with absolutely no fuss whatsoever. I'll be staying here for sure next time I'm in Kyabram.

Very nice motel. Close to everything you need, including a fantastic takeaway food shop across the road. It has all the usual features. A nice, eco friendly touch, is providing large bottles of bathroom toiletries instead of little sachets.

The mould in the shower recess and floor tiles Were stickey under foot. No hand towels, no soap fortunately I bring my own soap. The sheets and towels very clean.

Needs to be renovated. Mould in shower area, requires good cleaning. Even the TV was old and outdated. Don’t provide any sort of meals. Would not recommend it to anyone.
