This house is 4,300+ square feet with plenty of space to spread out. On the first floor, there are wood floors throughout the common areas. Large kitchen with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and island with prep sink - making cooking a breeze. Open dining room with table that seats 8 (kitchen table seats 6 + additional seating outside). Home office with electric standing desk and 55" TV. Livingroom wall features windows with view of the pool and golf course. Comfortable and stylish sectional, wood burning fireplace and 65" TV. Half bathroom off the livingroom, mud room with washer and dryer, coat hooks and storage space plus second refrigerator. Main room and bath are also located on the first floor. The second floor offers a home theater with HD Projector and 5 leather recliners, gameroom featuring billiard table, ping-pong table, and dart board with kitchenette and bar seating, four bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a flex space.
Outdoor you will find a refreshing oasis with a salt water pool and hot tub, beautiful native texan landscaping, extended deck, louge chairs, umbrellas, dining table and chairs, gas and charcoal grills, firepit, chiminea and playhouse. Ourdoor games, pool towels and toys, and coolers provided.

Home is located in a residential area and strictly enforced by HOA.
It is important that we are courteous and mindful of our neighbors.
Parking: 4 car overnight maximum. 2 cars in driveway and 2 on the street in front of house.
NO PARKING IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORS HOMES.
All guest must be registered upon booking. No additional guest without Host approval.
No smoking in the house.
No pets allowed.

It's fully stocked with pots, pans, cooking gear, knives, etc. There is plenty of serving ware, plates, silverware, etc. for your group. We usually have plenty of condiments, sugar, basic spices, and coffee on hand.

The house has 3 full bathrooms with two towels per person.
