Property itsself was decent. Restaurants do close early but there is a restaurant in the hotel itsself. Parking was no issue!

The size of the room and bathroom are great - very spacious! The night staff was super efficient and very friendly. The hotel presents as being old and outdated. The furniture is banged up. The bed is so uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a rock. Parking is limited.

Donald was exceptionally friendly and welcomed us, said he was glad to meet us. Also, he texted to ask our arrival time so he could greet us. Nice breakfast area with really good lattes.

Our stay was great, we arrived early evening and we checked in with no fuss. The rooms allocated to our party were clean and spacious with all that you would expect from a hotel room. The meals were delicious and varied.

This is a charming small hotel that serves as a perfect home base for exploring the surrounding area and the Isle of Skye. Its friendly restaurant and bar offer friendly service and high-quality food options, with creative options for the vegetarian/vegan traveler. Location is walkable to train and bus stations, shops, post office, a full service grocery store and local tour and taxi company who can organize amazing group or private tours of the area.

Only negative thing was the really loud noises coming from the room next door early evening. Sounded like an alarm at first but something mechanical ?? It woke us up at 6 am. Could it have been the shower???

This property is a good location if you are taking the train or the bus. We went to the hotel early after getting off the bus and felt like asking them to keep our luggage was an imposition . However when we did check in at three it was smooth and welcoming. Rooms are fine but walls are thin so you hear everything! Bar in hotel opens at four but no food until 5:15. Good breakfast buffet in the morning !

A fairly old hotel in the centre of Kyle but with ample parking. We had a newly refurbished room which was excellent. Service was a bit haphazard at breakfast ( but it was very busy)

I needed a hotel next to the train station for early departure and is only a few hundred yards from station and bus stop so ideal for foot passengers. Coop supermarket within similar distance up a small climb. Old fashioned pub hotel spotlessly clean.
