"Located close to Fukuoka Station it is an ideal hotel to stay and explore the area. Rooms were typical of hotels in Japan, so be warned that two large suitcases hardly fit in the room. Otherwise a perfectly acceptable hotel."

"The hot spring is the main reason I booked this hotel for. Unfortunately, we were told on arrival that the hotspring for women were not available. "The property is great for families, with ample space. It's only a few minutes walk to local bus to get to Hakata Station which is about 10 minutes away. There is no manned checkin, just a do it yourself process which was ok. No one to help order taxis or assist with issues with room such as no knives ..."
