A great stay. Hotel is very clean and staff was very helpful and held our luggage before checkin. The laundry access was very helpful and the room was clean and just the right size.

El hotel es muy bonito, limpio y las habitaciones no están tan pequeñas como en otros lados, tiene área de lavado súper conveniente. Además de que enfrente hay un seven eleven y una estación del metro cerca. Sin duda cuando regrese volveré a hospedarme aquí.

새로 지은 시설이라 모든 설비나 침대, 집기 등이 깨끗하게 관리되고 있었으며 같은 가격대의 다른 호텔에 비해 공간에 무척 넓어 편리합니다. 꼭대기층의 대욕탕도 무척 넓어서 동시에 많은 인원이 이용해도 꽤적했고 엘리베이터도 총 4대로 충분해서 많이 기다리지 않아도 되어서 좋았습니다. 교토역에서는 걸어서 10분 이내의 거리에 위치해있으면서도 살짝 안쪽에 있어 덜 분주했습니다. 다만 호텔 자체가 무척 커서 잘 관리되고 있지만 동시에 사람이 몰리는 경우에는 좀 붐빌 수도 있습니다. 다음번에도 재이용하고 싶은 호텔입니다.

フロントや各フロア廊下も綺麗で、ホテルマンの方々も本当に親切丁寧に対応して頂きました。 バースデーケーキをフロントで預かってもらった（冷蔵）のですが、受取りの際にお皿とナイフとフォークまでサービスで付けて頂き心遣いが最高でした。 少しだけ残念たったのが、大浴場での外国人客が風呂マナー違反の方が多く、そのあたりをホテルスタッフな方からこまめに是正して貰えたら嬉しいです。 とりあえず、また京都に来たらここに泊まりたいです！ 素晴らしい時間と空間をありがとうございました
