Except that there was no place for clothes and that you get new towels every day without knowing where to put the old ones it was perfect, it wasn't too far from any stations and you can also go from foot to akyoto central and to other sightseeing places.

I liked that it was quiet, was able to sleep. No view though which was fine since I was out most of the day. A few minutes walk to 7 Eleven. Bus stop right outside. Staff from front desk to housekeeper were very friendly and helpful. The price was very good. Will definitely stay here again.

Super nice and practical hotel. Pretty decent size for a double room. Located just less than 10 min away from Osaka station and was easy to access with transportation. The thing I loved the most, was the availability to rent bikes at no extra cost. This was such a unique and memorable experience! Very close to Nishiki market, the Fushimi Inari shirens and other main tourist attractions. Will definitely recommend or come back in the future!

We enjoyed our stay in Chisun. The rooms are spacious, modern and neat. The cleaning could be improved since we found hairs in the bathroom when we checked in, but overall we really enjoyed our stay. The complementary nightwear was a hit. We would come back!

Mostly very satisfied. Excellent value for the price paid. Rooms are small but the space is used well. Free use of bikes much appreciated. Breakfast buffet very good, but not many options for vegetarians. Staff friendly and helpful.

The Check in was easy and professional. The room we stayed in was on the 10th floor even at that height you can hear street racers all night revving their engines that is a bit loud but we got used to it. The room was clean in most places. I noticed some buildup of dirt at the outlet of the shower which was not really pleasant. Another Problem i would like to point out is that our toilet was leaking a little water onto the floor of the bath which is for me atleast not okay. The Transportation was limited cause the next subway station is 1km away and the bus is the next best thing. Bus riding in Kyoto is just the worst experience i had with japanese public transport. Everything else in the hotel was absolutely spot on. I can see myself staying there again definitely. If they fix the bath :)
