Close to Kyoto Station, mall and shopping area. Clean room. Very small room but that’s expected when you’re in Japan. There’s a lounge/game room where you can hang out. And also luggage storage where you can leave your bag. Free to use for hotel guests. Coffee is available to purchase for 100 JYN.

The room was designed very well for a more compact space. We stayed for 5 nights and were very happy there. The front desk staff was very helpful with requests and questions. The lobby has a huge space to hang out in and there is good self-serve coffee available 100 yen.

It is very new. Though a bit small (common in Japan), it can provides enough space for me to lay open my suitcase, and it even offers a small sofa with a coffee table.

I liked the location and the hotel was in good enough condition but the reason for my low marks was because of the terrible internet. For all 3 nights it kept disconnecting every few minutes. It was impossible to get anything done workwise. I told the front desk but they told me to turn on and off the device. I told them it was every device but ok. So any digital nomads beware of the internet here.

My best friend and I stayed here for 3 nights and it was absolutely perfect. I am so picky with hotels, but loved it here. It was clean. PERFECT location - just a few steps from Kyoto Station. Lawson and 7-11 a few steps away also. Super close to airport Limousine drop off and pickup! Customer service was great

Staffs are very helpful but most are not fluent in English so you have to slow down; but there is one girl there with excellent English (sorry I forgot her name). The hotel does not have a restaurant, but there are lots around the area; it also has a dinning area for you to bring your own food with free water and microwave for you to use. There is a 7-11 and Lawson just down the block. If you want more selections, go to the Aeon Mall close by. The TV has no English channels but you can stream your own video on your phone with the free wifi. If you arrived a bit early, they will still check you in, or lock up you luggage so you can go explore first. To check in, you need to pay the full amounts first - seems this is very common practice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Very convenient and easy to find . The room are small especially with 3 beds no space in between. The lounge area is pretty cool if you want to relax and eat its big enough. The laundry was not efficient , but there's one close by . Overall its good for the price .

This is a great hotel, nice design, very clean, comfortable beds, good location BUT the cleaners are super noisy and start cleaning before 8am! If you’re a light sleeper or jet lagged and need the chance to sleep past 8am, at this hotel with these cleaners, it’s not going to happen.
