We booked same day and were greeted by manager who gave us a quick intro to suite and the neighbourhood. Very friendly staff. Asked for restaurant reservation for the evening and they set us up with a great fine dining Yakiniku place. Our rooms were amazing, all amenities high-class and hight tech from top to bottom. Complimentary minibar, and snack in the kitchen. 24h supermarket nearby, staff did some shopping for us. Panoramic views from the living room. Outstanding experience - so glad we came. Swift check-in, super friendly staff showed us to our suite. Fantastic greeting with nice champagne and some local confectionary, fruit and mochi. We got a complimentary upgrade to executive river suite. Molto chic, very nicely furnished and unbelievable details, spotless clean. Beds perfect, tech like TVs and speakers high-end. Effortless stay in every way. Staff was on whatsapp 24h and granted us every wish. Fine dining reservations, shopping, tour guide, shinkansen tickets with QR code. Our suite had panoramic views over the river and higashiyama mountain ridges. Beautiful decoration, great taste. I stayed at the usual 5-star hotels all my life. This was truly the next level. Our suite was ultra clean and beautifully decorated. My wife appreciated the fresh flowers and complementary mochi and champagne. Rooms have google tech, voice control TVs, lights, and aircon. Nice touch. Washing machine in the room, staff was so kind to iron clothes. Luxurious getaway with beautiful view, great attention to detail.
