Very nicely maintained rustic atmosphere. We really dug the vibe of the house. The outdoor bath tub was awesome! I used it several times and it made for very memorable mornings in what seemed like a dream setting. The air conditioning units were adequate for controlling the temperature of the house to our needs. The washer/dryer was also a life saver as this stay was halfway through out trip across Japan and we really needed to refresh our clothes. There were several convenience stores in close proximity that met most of our needs for quick food. Also at least one nice breakfast/coffee shop nearby too. Even the local Uber driver that dropped us off was impressed with the house while he was helping us with our bags.
