What a luxurious find in northern Kyoto. The hotel is nestled in a residential neighborhood, however short walks take you to several bus stops and a metro station. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to a nearby metro station for easy commutes to all the wonderful places to visit. Hotel staff and dining are top quality.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Kyoto Brighten Hotel. The staff was wonderful and we enjoyed the restaurants in the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

Brighton Hotel location was not where I expected but it turned out we were able to travel to distant locations with no problems. The staff (with exception of one dinner male) is excellent! Warm, charming and extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
