My family and I loved how this property is quiet and relaxing and close to the station, yet it's away from all the hustle and bustle. It was very spacious and had a washer/dryer. The lady at the check in counter was very helpful and friendly. We would definitely check out other MInn Gion locations when we return to Japan.

Walkable to several transport options and many parts of Gion. We had no problems getting anywhere in Kyoto from there, and could walk to many of the places we wanted to go. The apartment style room was larger than than any hotel room we've stayed in, which made it very comfortable and for an enjoyable stay where we weren't tripping over ourselves and our stuff like often happens in hotels.

I stayed in room for 4 people, 2 twin beds and 2 futon beds. Room is spacious for japanese standard and beautifully decorated. Convenience store just next to the hotel building. Walkable distance to popular Gion, Kiyomizu dera and Kodaiji temple. Everything is excellent. Thank you Minn Gion.
