The property is very easy to find and get around. This is basically a do it yourself type of place with no front desk but it was a great stay, very clean. they have washers on site but no easy way to dry or hang dry your clothes.

The room was nice and clean, but there weren't alot of restaurants close by. Kenninji temple was 2 minutes away, so that was nice.

It doesn’t look like much from the outside but the rooms are really nice! The bed was very comfortable & clean. The pillows were just right. There was a nice kitchen area. I loved the convenience of the washer/dryer combo. It was quiet & easy to walk to eat out or sightseeing. I would stay here again.

Overall great value. Rooms were large, water pressure strong, beds comfortable. Fairly walkable to many temples. Only issue I had was with staffing / service. The one time I had a question, no one was in so I called the phone. Person on the end of the line hung up on me after I asked a few questions. Knocked off a star for that kind of service. Otherwise, good place to stay.

Spacious room, it allow you to experience the Futons if you want or sleep on a bed. Walkable to a bunch of temples and shines as well as shopping. The washing machine was a nice touch and allowed us to wash some of the dirty clothes piled up during the trip.

Fabulous location, cleaning staff was incredibly helpful even trying to help us with check in, to the best they could. Room keys are actually a piece of paper with Code, but machine was not working. With English being the closest to having a worldwide language, would help if people answering phones, spoke it. This hotel is not for Americans who are not tech-savvy, like us.
