This was a beautiful place to stay and the staff were awesome, very kind and helpful. A great location to the train station. A lovely quiet place to stay. The free soft serve ice cream and refreshments and the wine tasting was a great bonus especially after a hot day. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would come back to stay here again.

The hotel was beautiful and staff were very friendly and helpful. It was conveniently located close to Kyoto train station so there were a lot of dining/shopping options within walking distance. This was my first trip to Japan and wish I could have stayed longer. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area and probably will return to the same hotel if I every get another chance to visit Kyoto. We absolutely loved this hotel! We felt very safe, everything was clean, and the service was outstanding. The staff was so helpful and kind! It was a beautiful hotel with amazing amenities.
