I loved my stay at the Royal Park hotel. The location was perfect, walkable to many stores restaurants and train stations. The room was bigger than other ones I’ve stayed in so that was a plus. Can’t recommend it enough :)

Perfect location. Staff at the check in wasn’t good. The lady wasn’t welcoming at all and forgot to give us the breakfast vouchers. Didn’t bother to provide any information about the hotel. Didn’t offer any help or assistance. Breakfast was okay. Rooms are clean but super hot, cannot adjust the thermostat. All I can say since we go to the hotel only for the night to sleep.

Lived up to everything we needed. Shopping within walking distance. We were there on New Years, so a reliable restaurant was a must. Everything was clean. We were 3 adults so the room was a little crowded by North American standards, but by my limited Japan experience, it was probably pretty good

Fantastic location! Able to walk to many of the main sites and close walk to transportation to all the others! It is right outside of all the main shopping and restaurant areas....so so convenient! The entrance of the hotel was so welcoming and such a lovely lobby with friendly staff! The rooms were spacious and very comfortable and clean! We had a triple room (I was there with my mom and my son) and it was very comfortable!
