I recommend checking in on the earlier side because the check-in walkthrough does take time. I felt like I needed to take notes because I couldn't remember all the information given. Nevertheless, the manager was very responsive and patient when I needed help such as correctly operating the water pump and dryer. The location is very...

"The location was as advertised...beautiful location and home..Nevertheless, .the property had too many maintenance issues.. the upstairs master bedroom a/c does not work. Asked to have it repaired. NO ONE CAME. Other leaks in orher areas.Also not sure why, but we had no running water for the last 2 days??? If we didnt have family near by this wouldve been much worser. But damn we paid good money for the stay.Unacceptable!!"

"The whole property is surrounded by cement walls and gated with locks. Parking inside the gates for vehicles. The house was clean, a bit smaller than expected but comfortable. One slight problem was the kettle did not work but he replaced it within a couple of hours! Amazing communication from Shawn, never left us on our own if we needed help. We had a lovely stay! "

Nevertheless, the manager was very responsive and patient when I needed help such as correctly operating the water pump and dryer. The location is very residential and there was no where to walk to. When I did get transportation it was convenient to have Gulf City Mall so close by. "
