This was my first time visiting LA, for me and my kids. This hotel superseded our expectations. The staff was very friendly and accommodable. My only regret is that we couldn't stay more than 3 days. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone that will be staying in the surrounding LA area, but especially downtown. You won't regret it!

Great location but needs better pillows
"Just an overnight stay before flying home the next morning. Very close to FAX and it has a convenient, frequent airport shuttle. The only issue is that the pillows were very uncomfortable for both of us and disrupted our sleep."
