"We have stayed in many french gites over the years, but this farmhouse in the grounds of a beautiful chateau is exceptional. The location, close to Malestroit and Ploermel was excellent for shopping and visiting the markets and many larger towns were less than 30 minutes away. Helene was a great host, who was friendly, informative and helpful. "A lovely property with a large wooded garden. The photos online don’t really do it justice. It is much larger than the photos indicate. We had a very relaxing 2 weeks and explored Vannes, Josselin and many other places. It is a pet friendly house, but just a note that there are goats / sheep in the neighbouring grounds so might not be ideal for some dogs. "
