"Beautiful and quiet country location, near to small towns and lots to see and do as we spent two weeks here.The house was spacious,well equipped and comfortable. Pool warm,private and clean. Good evenings spent with bbq and watching the sunset."

The location was great, with a shop, bakery and small park in walking distance, and Evron and Le Mans short drives away - a great base to explore the area. The property had everything we may need, including games consoles which was a pleasant surprise to our children. "J ai de base loué ce logement pour moi et mon collègue pour la semaine . Sauf que le propriétaire sous loue en plus son logement. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à 6 dans le logement a payer une location qui de base doit être réservé pour mon collègue et moi . Le propriétaire se permet de venir coupé le chauffage tout les jours à rentrer dans le logement comme bon lui semble. L état de propriété est déplorable. Plus que déçu d être tombé sur une location frauduleuse. Et en plus 3 coupures de courant...

"Sejour très reposant, cadre seule verdure , animaux. Le logements est moyens. Literie a revoir impérativement vieux . Éclairage salle de bains en haut inexistant. Propreté dans sont jus de campagne pas très gênant vu le contexte. En revanche aucune porte ne ferme surtout les toilettes. Le personnel en revanche est vraiment accueillant et sympathiques. "

"Nous avons eu la chance d'avoir une météo excellente sur ce WE de l'ascension. Le terrain était pratiquement sec, il était possible de profiter des extérieurs, les enfants ont pu se baigner, aller à la pêche, jouer au baby foot... Un bémol sur la septième chambre difficile d'accès, sur le trampoline sans filet. Gite très agréable à vivre, propriétaires accueillants."

"The rooms are a fair size for a French hotel. No frills, clean and comfortable. Sole issue for my particular experience, shower/sink water barely over tepid. I mentioned to the staff who adressed it, and water was instantly warmer, although still not "hot". Shower with tepid water in November isnt the most agreable. But overall the experience was pleasant. This hotel is the "smaller" attached hotel to the sister property "Le Perier du Bignon", it is less fancy and you enter with a code at the door and drop the room key in a basket when you leave. I picked this hotel because i stayed at the sister property and could use a slightly less pricey accommodation. I chose this hotel because Laval can be complicated for parking in the center of the city. Will stay there again. "
