The position of the accommodation was within easy driving distance of many attractions including Disney, a water park, a medieval town and Fontainebleau. Paris is easily accessible by train. "the house fulfilled the remit as a good place to stay for a family with young children. My sister and I met up with my brother and his family who live in Germany. There was lots of space outside for them to play also with badminton set and archery. There was also good storage facilities for bikes etc. We loved the large woodburner and plenty of logs which heated the house well. The two toilets separate to the shower and bathrooms was also good. We didn't like the nylon covers for the chairs...

The hosts were extremely nice and also helpful, though as the cottage was fabulously equipped we had no call to bother them after the meet and greet except to pass on the keys as we left. "This is a very old half-timbered property near the centre of the town and within easy walking distance of shops etc. The house is spacious and generally comfortable but the kitchen and bathrooms, although perfectly adequate for a short stay, would benefit from some modernisation. "Small hotel with very friendly and efficient staff. I am a very light sleeper and my room was right next to the elevator and the elevator shaft. I asked to be changed and the front desk manager was so helpful. The room I was then given was in tbe very corner of the top floor and very quiet and peaceful. "

"On arrival we had to try several numbers to get a response We had no hot water in any of the 3 rooms. We called and he returned saying it was sorted and we would have hot water after 3hrs but we still didn’t have any in the morning. We were on 3 motorcycles and had been travelling all day looking forward to a shower. Then in the morning while we had breakfast they went in our rooms moved some of our stuff and cleaned the rooms ready for the next guests before we even checked out. "
