"This is NOT a hotel! The front desk explained that it is a condo rental. That means you do not get any cleaning, even with a8 night stay. And you get 1 bath towel, nothing else. No replacement towels, and no hand towel or washcloths. And you get 1 roll of toilet paper, then you have to buy it yourself. Having said that, the front desk staff was very helpful, when they were present. And it is only 1 block to the beach. If you have a larger rental car, beware of the enclosed parking spaces...

"We have stayed at this property twice, lovely, clean,modern and a great host. The house is attached to the owners home which is surrounded by a lovely large garden. There is a double bed upstairs which is a mezzanine. Downstairs has everything you need plus a double sofa bed. We were there for 3 wks and loved being there. "We spent three nights here - were very happy with the room’s comfort and cleanliness. Our view out the window was awesome, although we didn’t discover the outer motorized shade to block the street lamps until the second night! Great location with tons of restaurants and easy access to the beach and the delightful old town. "
