Long waiting lines to checkin. Rooms without coffee makers. My room was facing the AC system of the hotel and had a constant background humming noise that prevented me from sleeping.

Check in was a pleasant experience and the hotel is very swanky, clean and staff looked happy. We found the dining options very limited due to how early they all closed, the ambience doesn't give vegas strip vibes and it was clear they didn't have the desired footfall as it is so far down the strip. If the metro ran down here like it does to Mandalay Bay, it would be perfect. I would only book if I wanted a quiet time in Vegas.
