7/10 Our stay was, for the most part, comfortable. The beds were nice and the apartment very spacious. The only things we thought needed improvement was some of the cleanliness and availability of items. The ad stated there was an electric kettle but we couldnt find one anywhere in the apartment. We opted to use the coffee pot or the tea pot, but when we opened them, they were in need of a cleaning. They were covered in some kind of orange and white residue. We ended up using a pot to boil water. We needed an iron at one point, but couldn't locate that either. We found the ironing board, just not the iron. The apartment itself had some weird smells at different times during the weekend. The master room kept smelling like sulfur and one of the other rooms kept smelling like rubber. I would caution about the area during night time. There was a lot of cars racing back and forth down the road as well as sitting at the light and revving their engines over and over again. The place is next to a college, so you could hear all the inebriated college kids yelling while they walked by the building every night. Other than that, i think the stay was alright.

Our group of 3 women in town for a wedding found the location perfect and the furnishings comfortable. One suggestion would be to clarify in the in-home instructions what channels/systems are available on the TV.

So much to love here!!
Pros: Owners who are easy to communicate with and send the entry info in a timely fashion The property is clean, well appointed with everything you could possibly need, conveniently located, quiet neighborhood, close parking space, great decor, comfortable furniture in all rooms, good water pressure, bath sheets, beautiful bedding, even full size fans in all the bedrooms! Cons: Hole in the half bath ceiling. 2 of the beds are so tall that we (5' women) had to buy step stools to get into the beds. The 3rd bedroom has a lighted sign outside of it, so kinda bright for sensitive sleepers, however, nothing some blackout curtains couldn't hide. Also, there is no AC and a steep staircase to get into the apartment. Summary, we would happily stay there again & again. We'd just bring our step stools and avoid the hot summer months. ❤

Everything was great! We had three couples stay here. Everything was clean had all that we needed. We were there for UW-L family weekend. Two of the beds are doubles so they are on the small side but we made it work. The whole process from start to finish was perfect. Will definitely stay again. Thank you!
