Everyone on the staff we interacted with were very friendly, the location is right next to the central train station and the price was very affordable for this location. "Aix-en-provence is a lively and picture-esque city that has a very walkable downtown. The hotel was just the right distance from the touristy area to be quiet but still have great access to everything. The hotel is a little older and could use some new furniture, but is quite clean and in what seemed to be a very safe area. Overall I would say it was a fairly good value."

"Property was very good albeit in the middle of a huge city. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. On reception they advertised times and a menu for their bar and restaurant. "An excellent property. We used Aix and the Hotel Cezanne as our base for day trips around Provence for 4 days. It couldn’t have been better. There was lots to see and do in Aix and the hotel was about 2 blocks from the main section. We had a deluxe room which was spacious and perfectly set up. "
