"The hotel has no onsite front desk. Our room was a 1 bedroom ground floor suite. The unit is dated but in good condition and clean. Oddly it didn’t have hand soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Parking is underground and there is surface street parking. I called the hotel walkable and it is to a point. The beach is 5 minutes down the road whereas the downtown restaurant area is about 20 minutes away. If you’re using Google Maps and taking the shortest route carry a flashlight for the walk...

"Perfect getaway from all things hectic. Simple, but beautiful, rural retreat, made a great base for exploring the foothills of Picos de Europa and further into the national park, but also close enough to enjoy the coast too. Very attentive host who made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday.
