"We stayed here during our visit to Saguaro National Park. Very nice and convenient place. Interesting too. I wasn't sure about the area of town, but it actually turned out to be totally fine and mostly pretty quiet despite the proximity to the highway. I really liked the art as well as breakfast in the morning. We got a room with a kitchenette, and it allowed us to make a little food during our stay over Christmas. That was a big plus. The only downside was there was no coffee maker in the room....

"The front desk person didnt answer the phone, i walked to the desk and he was ignoring the phone and playing on his phone. When i walked into the lobby, there was a woman in the lobby waiting to be helped, the front desk person was just out of sight playing on his phone ignoring her. I walked into the gift shop and could see him sitting there ignoring her. Only after i saw him sitting there did he respond to us.when i confronted him, he says he was working on his website."

"Absolutely beautiful property and desert experience. Rooms are very nice. Food was just mediocre in breakfast area, pool and bar lounge area. Staff in breakfast and bar area were stressed and inattentive during our visit. Would stay again in hopes of a more well rounded experience. The nature trail and waterfall was amazing. "

"Laundry services were very poor--washing machine left clothes soaking wet and then had to switch dryers after paying $1.50 TWICE. Accommodating for my husband on crutches, breakfast ok."

"The staff is so kind and very responsive. They actually seem to care about your stay and how youre doing. The room wasnt exactly clean (blonde hairs on furniture and floors and crumbs/dirt in corners), but for the price and location, that's not a deal breaker. The bed is worn in. If I could change anything, it would be a newer/firmer mattress and better pillows. But again, the staff, location, and price all make up for it!"

"The only thing they dont have one bathtub in the whole hotel when i asked if i could get a fefund they said i would have to go through 3 party not them it was my daughters birthday and all she wanted was to soak in the tub"

"What an excellent place to stay. The only improvement I can see is if they were to install an EV charger. Many people choose hotels by that criteria. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel. "
