"Went out of season, so very difficult to give a review of the resort as there was nothing going on. Good location - walkable to ski lifts. Though not ski in, ski out. Very clean. I was a bit worried about access - directions to get in weren't brilliantly clear - more communication prior to arrival would be beneficial. "Our suite on the 5th floor with terrace was wonderful. The daily requirements were all free (sugar/milk for coffee/cleaning materials, etc) were free and easily accessible. The amenities were all top notch and support staff extremely friendly and helpful. This is one of the best short term rentals we have ever encountered and will absolutely look for Numa properties wherever we travel! We highly recommend Numa in Granada and wherever you go!"

"Extremely super property with staff that will go out of their way to assist and please with a great friendly attitude. Ambiance business as well as family friendly with heated outdoor swimming pool and relaxing very nicely maintained area. Great buffet breakfast with variety that can suit to every liking. Eco/nature friendly that is noticeable throughout the property. The hotel has two buildings joined by a walkway on the 3rd floor via elevators. Upscale department stores, cafes and dining options are all around within the easy walking distance. "
