"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. Amazing hotel, great staff and stunning location.

"The hotel is beautiful, very well appointed, clean, excellent facilities and the location is stunning, in a quiet rural area with magnificent views over the valley and mountains. I was on a skiing break and the location could not have been better, only 15 minutes drive from the ski slopes on good, well maintained roads. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. I booked the breakfast and was not dissapointed, a great selection of delicious food. The staff were all very professional and friendly except for the girl working in the bar, all I can say is that someone from the hotel should spend a bit of time with her and teach her the basics of customer service, how to greet guests and ensure she realises that she works in a four star hotel, it is not difficult to make someone feel welcome and it is aslo just as easy to offend and let down the establishment."
