"It’s quite a lovely hotel, rates are reasonable for Saint Tropez. Hotel service is unparalleled. The only downside is that it is not in the city centre nor do you have sea views. The hotel makes up for not being located in the city centre by offering free transport service between the hotel and city centre. "

"We had a lovely time at the Hermitage when our stay in La Napoule turned out to have no air conditioning during an extreme heat wave. We spent the last 3 nights in town at the Heritage, which is clean, peaceful, and well equipped with a nice pool, gym, restaurant and bar/lounge. There were several families staying and they all seemed very happy. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the one dinner we had at the restaurant. Our room was lovely, with a small balcony and a very spacious bathroom, beautifully designed. Everything was up-to-date and top quality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it."

"Definitely not a 4-star hotel. Barely a 3-star hotel. While the front desk staff was really nice (except for one guy), this hotel had way too many issues. The room looked outdated and dirty, the A/C was not working properly, no WiFi in our room (try a 4-day stay with teenagers and no Wi-Fi), mold in the showers. Additionally no one to talk to after 7 or 8pm because the front desk is closed. We chose this hotel because it was listed as a 4-star hotel on hotels.com, and it was not cheap, we clearly got misled and taken advantage of by both the hotel and hotels.com"
