This luxury holiday beach apartment ADULTS ONLY in the small development Marfolin is situated in the quiet fishing village El Cotillo directly on the beach, overlooking the famous lagoons of El Cotillo. Built to a very high specification Development Marfolin is situated in one of the best locations on Fuerteventura, with the most incredible views. The terrace is in excess of 115m², and totally private with drying/utility room. Spacious open plan lounge,modern fitted kitchen with grey polished granite work surfaces,including 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, iron & board and everything else you need to feel at home. Bedroom with twin beds and fitted wardrobe, bathroom fully tiled with a large walk-in shower, wc, bidet and sink in a vanity unit. Thanks to the spectacular sea views and its location on the white sandy beach of El Cotillo, the Marfolin apartments are a privileged spot to relax and enjoy your holiday.

Tolle Dachterrasse und super Lage!
Die Wohnung war kleiner als erwartet, die Fenster gingen alle zur Straße, aber da nächtliche Ausgangssperre war, hatten wir es nachts trotz offener Fenster sehr friedlich.Die Kücheneinrichtung war ausreichend, ein Topf mehr und mehr Besteck wäre schön gewesen. Das beste war die Lage direkt am wundervollen Strand und natürlich die riesige Dachterrasse mit dem Wahnsinnsblick! Dort haben wir alle Mahlzeiten eingenommen und viel gesessen. Der Poolbereich ist nur über die Straße zu erreichen, aber der Pool ist groß und sehr gepflegt, einfach super! Der nächste kleine Supermarkt mit frischen Brötchen ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Allerdings wurde direkt um den Block gebaut, was oben auf der Terrasse sehr laut war, am Pool und am Strand hat man den Lärm aber nicht mehr so gehört. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub!
