I've just spent 4 weeks in this apartment.
The location is excellent, 2 minutes from the main street with all shopping and restaurants, etc., but 15 minutes walk to the beach. But who needs a windy beach when the community area is wonderful with 3 saltwater pools!
The apartment itself is tiny and the kitchen is more of a kitchenet, i.e. no oven. Enough utensils, however, the 3 frying pans are all "bulky" and "wobbely". The kitchen ventilator is useless as it dos not suck the air out, but rather blows it into the living room.
There were 2 malfunctioning cork screws and only ONE wineglass, ONE beerglas and ONE shotglass! Maybe italians have stopped enjoying wine and beer?
The terrace is lovely but has only ONE sun lounger (the owner promised two).
The internet is a little unreliable but works fine when it works.
The apartment was not really clean on arrival (pictures available).
I would not recommend this apartment for long term rentals, but it's a good choice if you are young, on a one-week holiday, eating out most of the time.
So, not quite as expected.
