As a courtesy to our clients, please be advised that the fourth bedroom
is with separate external access. Pool heating is free throughout the
entire year. The system operates automatically on a timer, running for
approximately 8 hours daily. This results in a temperature increase of
3 to 5 degrees above the standard water temperature.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Villa Thomas was an absolute paradise for our family. The spacious rooms and multiple bathrooms provided ample comfort. We were here with our two grown-up children and a friend, and we all absolutely loved the place! The layout works beautifully.The private pool and barbecue area were highlights of our stay.
