The people were great, they try to do the beat they can with what they have. I reported problems with the phone in the room and they fixed the last night. We order eoom service from the neighboring room.There was no food available after one of the excursion we did per the hotel staff there was nothing available until dinner. Also nothing to do after 11pm. If you are older than 60 then this may be your place.

They have people throughout the property, trying to sell timeshares, extremely annoying. our room was nice food ok. Lots of people, very busy resort. Pools close at 6:00pm. Value for the money is Ok.

The hotel was good overall. One thing I did not like was the fact that if you want to party at night there is only one place for a hotel so big and you have to pay for your alcohol.
