"Very bad experience I booked two rooms for my family and to begin with the address is wrong when I arrived there was no one, they have no staff, the rooms were dirty, they had not been cleaned, there was no water, in addition to being a very Unsafe place because of how remote and lonely it is. When I asked for my refund they didn't give me back the amount I paid, they refunded me less which is very inappropriate."
