"The chalet was perfect for a big group of 11 men (and room for more!), 5 minute walk from La Roche ski lift. There is a bar and ski hire at the bottom of the lift, although no shop, so we drove up to Plagne centre each morning. Communication with Audrey is exceptional, she is extremely attentive and answers your queries quickly. The living room is great for communal dining and evening entertainment (we played lots of cards). The Olympic bobsleigh is a short walk up the hill."

"The best thing about this property is convenience: ski school, bus stop, ski rental, ski lift etc everything around the property. The worst thing is that you arrive in a room cleaned by the previous guests. Hygiene 0. Beds as old as the property. Swimming pool is the size of 4 bath tubes."

"We had a wonderful week's ski holiday staying in Chantel and Caroline's chalet. The chalet is very spacious with great facilities, especially the hot tub. The location is fantastic, quiet and away from other properties with amazing views. A little bit of a walk to the piste, which was further for us due to the spring conditions but only a few minutes drive down to the village where there was plenty of free parking."

When I contacted owner was advised that previous tennants have probably haven't cleaned the property and she will leave bad review for them. That doesn't change fact that we needed to clean apparment on arrival. When I asked why there is no clean bedding owner said it's not included and we need our own. Don’t under-estimate the red run to get to the lift in the morning though, given the height and climate it made for an icy run most mornings. The piste basher was a welcome sight on the nights it was bashed. Altogether a great stay in a great location, easy to head over to les arcs via the vanoise express or into La plagne. "The apartment is great, quite big for mountain standards, and the spa area is amazing - it looks like it’s been very recently renovated. Be aware, you need to book in a 30 minute slot for the sauna and steam room, and it’s best to do that at 8am for the following day.Communication with the cleaner and the owner is very easy. Apartment is very small but the owner has thought of absolutely everything you might need, there was lots of storage so once everything is in it’s place there was plenty of room for 4 people, 6 might have been a little cramped. There is only 1 toilet and bath despite it being advertised as having 2 but it was adequate...

"Fantastic location for skiing! Locker rooms on slope meters from chair lifts. Good choice of food for breakfast with amazimg views of mountains and bottom of pistes. Large bar area with big screen. Hotel is tired but very comfortable and in similar condition to other ski hotels i have used. Arrived late into resort and bo restaurants were open but duty manager went and found food for us which was very much appreciated!!"
