The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, wall-mounted TV, and desk area. The light and airy third bedroom has a queen-size bed and has its own en-suite bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.

Girl's Weekend
This place is great for a girl's weekend. Cozy living room for late night gab sessions, comfy couches, lovely views on the green. Roomy bedrooms with comfy beds. Well appointed kitchen (with sharp knives, thank you!) The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Trader Joe's is just down the road. Pool temp was perfect. Super relaxing and chill. We cooked up a storm, enjoyed some sunshine, petted some dogs, watched the Puppy Bowl and the heartbreaking 49er's loss, got spa treatments, hit up Sherman's for corned beef hash benedicts (oh yes), ate a lot of chocolate, and slept sound. Would stay here again for sure.

Great place!
Property was nice and roomy. Furniture was very comfortable! No complaints whatsoever. The property manager and staff were awesome. House is in a great location as well. Only two things I would add is that the master bedroom bed was very noisy. Would constantly creek every time you moved. Also, an addition of a couple chaise lounges would be a great idea.

We stayed for about a week and loved it. Very clean and great location. Vacasa made the check in process easy. The only thing to note, beds were hard for all our liking, and the master shower is in desperate need of an update. Other than that place was great and will stay there again.

Absolutely a top-notch property!
Beautiful, well equupped..and of course a great location on PGA West stadium course 11th fairway. Would definitely return. Best VRBO property! One caution, management by Vacasa, although all the folks are nice and try to help, make sure to clarify after hours arrival if that's your timing.... as the Vacasa automated emails and text updates are many...and conflicting. All worked out well, but a bit of a Vacassa area of improvement opportunity.

Great spot on the 11th fairway at PGA West Stadium course.
Couple things to make it even better: 1. Gate transponder. Having to stop at the gate each time was a pain. 2. Use of the golf cart. It said it was 'out of service' which I don't really believe. Would have been better if we were able to use it for short trips.

Nice condo on the fairway of the Stadium course. Great sunrise, nice patio furniture to enjoy the cooler afternoons. Don't think anyone had stayed in the unit for awhile, a few bugs, but hey, it's the desert, no biggy. Great meals at Stuft, Enzos and a Mexican restaurant one block behind Stuft.

Nice place!
Nice condo to stay at. It was a little difficult to get into the complex due to the HOA but we finally were able to get it. Make sure all people are listed on the reservation or you will get stopped at the gate. You are able to add the people once you get into the condo if you forget. Super nice condo right on the 11th hole of the golf course.

This condo was really great for me and my husband and friends over the course of the month we rented. Great location on the golf course. The condo really had everything you needed and I was really impressed with the cleanliness of the property. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo, way too hot!
We arrived to 100 degree Palm Springs weather and a 90 degree condo! We tried to get the nest system set properly but had to call a repairman to come in and fix the AC. It was unbearably hot. The owner needs to pre-set the AC for their guests.

This home was exactly how it was described and that can be hard to find sometimes. It was decorated beautifully. The home and rooms were spacious and I cannot speak highly enough about how clean everything was and how safe we felt in the home with all that’s going on with the pandemic. It was stocked with all the necessities and loved grilling outdoors! We would definitely stay again. Loved our experience and Turnkey is always so amazing to work with because of their quick responses and professionalism. The only thing I would like to let people know since this was something that wasn’t noted any where, if you’re traveling like we did in a 12-15 passenger van the HOA only allows 19 hours in total for the vehicle to be parked in front of the house. We had to contact turnkey who contacted the owner and the owner had to contact the HOA to get permission for our vehicle to stay parked there. Just a little FYI so you won’t be shocked when they tell you that during your initial check in like we were :) it was all easy to take care of once we worked with Turnkey. Overall, do yourself a favor and book a stay here! Just perfect!!

A beautiful home
The first moment we entered the home, my friend was pleasantly surprised and was totally happy with the choice I made. I felt exactly the same way. It was not only pretty but also very comfortable. It felt like home. The A/C unit was a blessing with the weather reaching over 120F on the days I was staying there. The rental rate was very reasonable for the quality of the home and the furnishings. Having said that I think a few minor tweaks will put this home over the top. There seems there wasn't a container for recyclables so I left them on top of the kitchen counter. There were no information about use of the golf cart as I planned to play the Stadium course while I was there. An extra towel rack will help us hang dry those luxurious towels that were provided. A printed copy of the check-out instructions would be very helpful. When I am in the area again this home will be the first one I look for and also recommend to my friends.

Description could have been better -
It's actually a two bedroom with a converted third bed room. Although advertised as having a bath in every bedroom, that wasn't the case. Also in the converted third bedroom there was no dresser - so no place to put clothes etc. That made it difficult to spend a full week... Great location, nicely decorated and very clean.

Overall Nice Place for a good time with friends/family.
WOW it was about 120 deg. but a great time with Friends. Checking in was easy, there were 3 cars but unfortunately the garage opener did not work and we could not park the one car inside so had to leave it in the street in front of the driveway. Had communication with the property manager so doing that was ok since the handyman could not fix the issue and had no key access. Handy man also came to fix the guest bathroom sink which was clogged. This was fine but he didn't arrive until almost 9pm. Kind of weird having dinner and the guy was walking in and out tying to fix things. Seems like we were the only ones around but unfortunately didn't get any early check-in on a Saturday or a late check-out on a Monday. House keeping was there at 10am on the dot so we had to hurry out. Nonethless it was a good time with friends.

Lovely Property
The property was lovely, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Only two small inconveniences to note. When we arrived at 5pm, the temperature inside the home was 85 degrees and it took until 1:30am for the temperature to finally reach 75 degrees. Families interested in renting condos during the summer months in the desert are not expecting it to take 8 hours to cool the house to a tolerable level. Once the temperature reached the desired settings, the place was perfect. One other small issue was that the property was advertised to allow 24 hours between guests due the the current pandemic. That was not the case. We were unable to obtain an early check in or a late check out by even one hour because the property was booked back to back per the office. It wasn't a major issue for us, but it may not be wise to advertise the space between guests if the space does not exist. Please be sure that the next guest also has a working garage fob for their convenience. We would recommend this place to our friends and family.
