This was an excellent location for a 3 night stay in Seville. We got welcome drinks on arrival and were able to explore the best sights that Seville has to offer. Loads of options for tapas nearby and the breakfast at the hotel was fantastic. Room itself was fantastic and comfy for the stay. Amazing decor. Just a shame about the maintenance of the rooftop during our stay.

We spent 4 nights here over the busy Christmas holiday. The staff is excellent at answering questions and making arrangements, if necessary. Very comfortable rooms, well designed with a desk, fridge and safe. Great breakfast offerings with breads, meats, cheeses, yogurt, cereal, eggs, pastries, juices, coffees and more. Great location in a maze of a neighborhood.

We were allowed to check in a couple of hours early, which we greatly appreciated—thanks to the hotel for their flexibility. The property was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and everything felt new and well-maintained. Its location, right next to the Setas de Sevilla, was incredibly convenient. If you’re driving, a practical option is to stop near the Setas to unload, as the road leading to the hotel is pedestrian-only. Ubers can also be arranged from that location. On Christmas Eve, there was an unexpected incident when a water main broke. Around 11 p.m., water began pouring into our room from the ceiling like rain. The hotel staff responded promptly, relocating us to another room immediately. By morning, everything had returned to normal. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.

"On the outside the hôtel needs a refurbisment. Inside it is nice. We had a very large suite with a bathtub, large tv, fridge. Great breakfast. HOWEVER the hôtel is out of the way far from everything in town and it would absolutely need a regular shuttle to centro. I would not recommand because of ..."
